We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. How to return an item

The return procedure varies depending on the status of the order. Please follow the instructions below to return an item

1-1. Orders already placed
Please send an email to SRWOR.SPT@GMAIL.COM and we will attempt to cancel your order and give you a refund.
Note: Please do not issue a return order, otherwise your bank will charge you a handling fee. This will also prolong the refund process

1-2. Order Delivered
Please send an email to SRWOR.SPT@GMAIL.COM and we will send you a return label to ship the order back to us.
The product must meet the return conditions below. You will be required to pay a service charge and shipping fee.
Requirements
All products, packaging, and materials must be intact.
If the machine is returned, it must have been lasered less than 50 times.
Materials and filters purchased separately cannot be returned.

Free return conditions:
If you receive a defective, or faulty, or the wrong item was sent to you, your return or exchange will be free of charge.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for your reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
PayPal's (PayPal) transaction fee is 4.4% of the total amount of your original order. PayPal may change its transaction rate and we will use the rate in effect at the time you place your order.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of the date you received the item. If the product is damaged in any way, or if you start returning it after 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
For a product to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that these conditions are met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging
The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase
Once we have received your product, our dedicated team will inspect it and process your refund. Within 2-7 working days of the return being processed, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you used to make your purchase.
Product replacement process:
Step 1 :

Step 2:
When returning the product, Please take a photo of the returned product along with the return logistics tracking number and send it to us. The repair cost depends on whether the product is covered by the warranty. (Please check the warranty coverage)
Step 3:
Once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned and checked for product problems, please provide us with your contact details (name, mobile number, full address, and postcode)
Step 4:
Once we receive your specific address for receiving the goods, we will send the goods back to you. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
